How to earn your spot at Partner Conference in Rome
The top 200 producers with a minimum of $4 million in qualifying American Equity and American National premium between Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2026, may be eligible for an invitation.
You and a guest can enjoy a four-night stay at the luxurious Rome Cavalieri – A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in the heart of Rome from Sept. 20-24, 2027.
President’s Club – More time to shine
Producers with a minimum of $8 million in qualifying American Equity and American National premium may be invited to join President’s Club for a longer stay in the Eternal City.
Qualifiers and their guests kick things off early, Sept. 19, 2027, with a private reception and curated excursions. On Sept. 20, they’ll join the larger group as Partner Conference officially begins.
Chairman’s Club – Palermo paradise
Reserved for the top 15 producers, this exclusive experience brings together standout partners for roundtables with big ideas and unforgettable experiences.
Chairman’s Club is hosted in Palermo at the Rocco Forte Villa Igiea Hotel, Sept. 16-19, 2027, before joining the larger group in Rome for a separate luxury stay at the five‑star Hotel de la Ville for a distinct luxury experience.

Yes. Invitees can bring one adult guest over the age of 21.
We're delighted to host our top producers for this trip, and will cover airfare, transportation, and hotel. No cash equivalent will be offered if an invited agent is unable to attend.
Under current tax laws and regulations, gross income includes amounts received as prizes or awards. Accordingly, the value of the trip will be treated as additional compensation for purposes of any applicable tax reporting.
Yes. Activity options will be offered in both Rome and Palermo. You’ll be able to choose your preferred experiences once the activity list is finalized.

Other considerations
All business must be paid between Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2026. FIA premium (initial and additional) applied during the first contract year will receive 100% production credit. Additional FIA premiums applied in contract years two and beyond are not eligible for production credit. Fixed and SPIA premium will receive 50% production credit. Internal contract replacements completed within a surrender period will receive 50% production credit, while internal replacements completed outside of a surrender period will receive 100% production credit. Replacements between the two companies are treated as external replacements. Annuity applications that have a business entity's agent number listed on the application do not count toward qualifying premium.
May require broker dealer approval. American Equity and American National reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Producers must be in good standing to qualify and must have an active contract on the date of departure. In consideration of travel incentive programs and/or any production-based incentives, top priority should be given to your clients’ financial circumstances, objectives, and needs.
